What is PC Buddy?

PC Buddy is a group of  IT professionals who enjoy working on PC's beyond their normal job. All are qualified to fix and maintain computer systems.

When are you available?

We are available for phone support, Monday to Friday: 8 to 5, and are available after 5pm and on the weekends for house calls.

Why would I want to stay late at the office or on the weekend to have some one help me?

This way we can fix the problem without downtime for users and we can work on more than one PC at a time to save you money.

What Systems do you work on? Do you work on Macintosh?

Windows, Linux: Yes.
Mac's: No.

What if there is a problem with my computer's hardware?

Our technicians stock the latest parts for repairs and upgrades at prices up to 80% off the retail value. The installation would be included in the service fee.

What if I need someone to come out right away for an emergency?

We can provide limited phone support for our customers until one of our techs can arrange to work on your computer. Just give us a call! (248) 972-3247
